EVALUATION MODULE

Evaluation Management System module simplifies tedious exams and results in the management of schools, colleges,s or any educational institutions. Our evaluation module helps you to generate report cards, consolidated mark lists, rank lists of students in a very simple way. The module includes exam mark entry, report card generation, consolidate report view, making a rank list, evaluating co-scholastic subjects, teacher review, etc. The settings of the evaluation module are designed as a one-time setting and hence the report card can be generated simply by entering the mark by teachers after each exam. The teachers have a facility to enter marks of all students in a very stress-free manner.

The report card can be viewed by the parents in the parent portal as well as in the mobile app also.

Only one time setting to generate progress report.
Parents are able to view and see the remarks on Mobile.
Only the marks for the students are required from the subject teacher’s end to generate a report card.

Master Settings

We need to set the master before entering Marks and generating the report card/progress report. Master Setting includes creating different Terms/Semester; Exam names like PA 1, PA 2, Class Test, Oral Test; we also have the provision to map different exams. Similarly, we can group different subjects using subject aggregate.

Marks Assigner

The marks assigner allows configuration of the various exams and their marks in the card, external mark, pass mark. Also here you can define the graphical representation of the result. We can give the data like, Mark conducted in class, pass mark, weightage, marks need to show in progress card, etc. We can decide the display type of that exam, ie: we need to enter the marks, grade, or text.

Mark entry

All teachers have the provision to enter marks in their logins. If we want to take the copy of that mark entry list, we are given the provision for that, like, exporting it to excel, pdf, etc. By using the “mark import” option, we are able to import the mark list according to the given excel import format.

Remarks and student remarks

These two options will allow us to set the remarks, subject-wise and class-wise. We will add the remarks that will use, in the “student remarks” menu. And by clicking the “student remarks” menu, we can set the remarks for each student, as I mentioned in both wise, subject, and class.

Progress report and consolidate report

We can generate different reports as per our search criteria. In consolidate report menu, we can see consolidate marks, scored by the students on a single sheet with a rank list and position. Rank Lists can be generated subject-wise also.

Settings

Settings option will allow us to set the permission, like enabling progress card in parent login, showing approved marks in student/ admin/ parent login, etc. And we can set the progress report format and consolidate the report also. If we want to upload the signature of the principal into a progress card, we can do that using this option.
