ASSET MANAGEMENT

The Asset Management module in the CareerBook ERP helps in tracking the complete assets of an institution. The main features in this module include IT asset management, the issue of assets to departments or employees, service monitoring and returns of the asset to the general repository. The major features of the asset management include a Dashboard to view the entire details, Asset Tracking, Licenses, Tickets, Issues and Reports.

Dashboard

The complete overview of all the activities including active tickets, assigned issues, recent issues and license details are being included in this dashboard view.

Assets

The complete tracking of all hardware and IT is being kept under this module. The asset is being tracked with the help of a reference number kept for tracking in the system.

Licenses

In this module you can keep track of all the licenses that you manage in the asset management module.

Issues

The complete issues of the assets to various departments or individuals are being managed via this feature. By allocating assets via this feature easy tracking and planning of the assets is easily possible.

Reports

All asset related and issue related reports are being generated in a single click via this feature. The export to various formats are also available in this module.
