ADMISSION & ONLINE APPLICATION
The admission management system in the Career Book ERP allows integrating the online application for new admission of students with the institution website and facilitates online admission system. The list of all applicants would be available with the uploaded documents & photos will be available in the system. Application preview details integrated with the institution website allows applicants to track the status of the application. The module also allows the conduction of the online or offline entrance examination for the selection of the students. The reports like exam results, ranking reports, admission dashboard (for quick insight), enroll list, application status reports etc could be obtained in this module.

Application List/SMS
The application forms integrated with the website for new admission will be available in the application list. The acknowledgement of the receipt of application form is done via this step. This step could be automated according to the scenario in the institution. A SMS will be sent with an Application Reference Number to the concerned mobile number. Need to confirm the content of the SMS send via this option. Option is also available to Download Application, Photo & other documents.
Application Confirmation
The application confirmation allows to shortlist the candidate to the next level, once confirmation is done an application number will be generated and a status update SMS will be send to the concerned mobile number.
Exam Schedule
The exam scheduler in the admission management system allows to schedule the examination or meeting with parents as the case may be in the institution. The schedule details will be sent via SMS along with the schedule details, examination details, person to be met etc. The details of the schedules made will be available to the user via this option. The online exam option for admission is also available in the Admission module.
Application Status
The stage of the application can be monitored via this option. The payment status of the admission fee would also be available in this menu. Option is also available to download the receipt of the payment made.
Custom SMS
In case a SMS have to be send to the applicant in various status of the application option is available via this feature. You are required to search the Class of admission and click on search option. The list of applicants will be available in the list and can select the applicant to whom the SMS is to be sent.
Admission Fee
The option enables the user to generate challan and to register the payment of the admission fee. If the payment of admission fee is through online the feature of generating challan need not be used. Before using this option it is required to set the admission fee in prior in the fee module.
Enroll Student
The enrolling of a student to a particular class is being done via this option. The enrolling could be done only after the admission fee has been paid and relevant student documents are uploaded. Only after this process the admission number of the student will be generated and would be registered in the corresponding class.
