ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The attendance management system in the CareerBook ERP helps to take the attendance of the students while they are at School. The attendance could be taken on a full day basis or morning or afternoon basis or could be taken subject or hour wise as the case in the College. The attendance management system manages all these data and provides reports on that could be generated daily, monthly, termly or on a custom date range. The SMS module is also integrated with the attendance management system thus sending automatic SMS on the absence or late of a student to a class.

Hourly Attendance for Colleges.
Notification to parents regarding late or absence.

Student Attendance

The attendance of each student is marked via this user interface. The option allows taking attendance of the students either on a full day/Morning/Afternoon basis.

Daily Attendance Report

The daily attendance report of the class or students could be viewed via this option

Monthly Attendance Report

The monthly attendance report of a class or student of a month could be viewed via this option

Late Attendance Marking

This option allows the user to mark the students who are late for the day, the late attendance marking feature is linked with the SMS module thus sending instant SMS to the late students.

Late/Absent Student Attendance

This report provides the details of the students who are late or absent for the day. This report provides the option sent a SMS to the registered mobile number to intimate on the Student Late or absent for the day.

Attendance Summary Report

This report provides the detailed summary of the attendance of the whole institution in a single page. This report provides details if the attendance of the day has been completed class wise.
