FEE MANAGEMENT

The various configurations, management & reports related to the fee modules are being done via the Fee Management System. The settings of the fee could be structured into various level like fee categories, types and could be assigned to a particular class or a group if students in a single click. Provision to upload the fees using csv files is also available in this module. Master settings are available for the configuration of the concession & fine rules according to the institution.

Fees Master

The Fee types that are relevant to the institute are added via the Fee master Option in the Fee Management System. The fee type is created under a fee category which would help in the fee collection and is used for sorting and reporting purpose. The fees could be categorized as Monthly, Termly or Yearly as the case may be.

Fine & Concession Settings

The fine logic for late fee payments could be configured via this option. Also the various concession types are being created to manage various discounts provided to the eligible students.

Fees Assignment

After the fee heads are being created the relevant fees needs to be assigned class wise or student wise. The regular fee includes the recurring fees in an academic year. The fees are being assigned class wise with options to input the fee amounts either monthly, termly or yearly.

Fee Collection

It is via the Fee Collection option in the fee management system that the institution collects the fees from respective students. The complete details of the total fees, paid amount, balance amount, concession provided, fine applied, previous dues etc will be available in the option.

Balance Due Report

This option is used to display a list of fee that is due as on a particular date. The report provides data both summarized and detailed report of the fee dues. The report could be generated according to the fee types as well. The provision to send SMS to all the students with dues is also available in this report.

Fee Collection Report

The fee collection report provides details of the fee collection on a particular day or a period. The collections obtained could be sorted payment mode wise and could sort the list according to the various cashiers as well. The detailed view of this report provides data of the fee collected under various fee heads.
