ID CARD MANAGEMENT

The ID card management of both the Students & Staff could be done via this module. The module includes the functions like the setup, generation & management of the ID cards. The module allows dynamic configuration of the ID cards according to the ID card template specific to that institution. The generation of both Student & Staff ID is possible in this module. The ID card configuration could range from basic ID cards, barcoded ones to RFID-enabled Cards. The key entities that should come in the ID card could be configured from the backend by the admin or the concerned user.

ID Card Template

The ID card template made by the institution is to be uploaded via this module. This template would act as the base upon which the details of the student or staff will be printed to form the ID card.

Update Student Image

This option in the ID Cards Management allows updating the image of the students either individually or in bulk. The bulk updating could be done by uploading a bulk file saved in which the individual file is saved in the name of the student or with the admission number.

Generate ID Cards

The ID card of the students could be generated class-wise. This id card PDF could be generated which could be provided to the teachers for data verification. This method is an effective one to confirm the accuracy of the data entered into the system
