STORE MANAGEMENT

The Store Management System in Career Book allows in managing the various school accessories like uniforms, textbooks, notebooks and other materials required in the institution. The purchases, sales and their returns could be easily managed via this module. The module also provides provision to club the various products together to form a combo and thus the sales of various multiple items to students could be done very easily. The feature comes in handy during the time of school reopening when multiple students have to be served in a very short time. The module also has all the reports necessary for the effective management of the store. All the statutory reports required for managing the store is also available in this module. The various modes of payments like cash, Cheque, card payment, payment using wallet etc could be done via this module.

Product Management

The complete management of the product could be managed in this module. The products could be created or imported in bulk using the add or import options available in the module. While adding a product option is available to input all details including product details, cost price, selling price, UOM, available stock, rack position, variants etc. The product management comes with easy barcode & label printing options which help to track your complete products

Combo Management

The combo management in the store management system helps creating combo which would be a combination of a group of products, the combo could be created for a particular class and the price of the combo could be defined as well via this module. The combo creation helps to sell a group of products easily to the students and would be really helpful mainly during the time of reopening of a new academic year.

Purchase Management

The purchase module allows you to create purchase invoices and thus helps to update the payable list and to add items to the stock. The barcode scanning option for the inward of goods is also available in the module.

Barcode Billing

The Solution supports the barcode generation in any standard methods like GS1 or Self – Barcodes. Barcode Scanning is also used in the POS Software module which allows hassle free billing. Stock controls are properly managed by enabling barcode scanning at each product movement points.

POS Billing

Our POS billing Software comes with the latest touch compatible designs which could be integrated into a POS system or even in a tablet. It also has separate register reports, virtual keyboard option, suspends and retrieve sales options, accepts cards and much more. Our settings screen enables to set up the POS billing solution the way you need as per the business requirement. The category wise or combo wise sales option available in the system allows in providing quick billing for the students. The student wise/customer wise or office sales options are available in the module.

Reports

The reporting module in this section provides all reports related to stock, purchase & sales. The detailed reports on these modules are available in the system for efficient stock keeping.
