Transfer & Promote
The transfer and promote option in the CareerBook ERP allows transferring students from the school and the promote option allows to promote, hold or leave a current class of a particular student. The bulk promotion and individual student wise promotion is also available in the system.
Transfer Request& Issuance
In order to obtain the transfer certificate the parents or the concerned personal is required to raise a request in the ERP system and the request once approved, the TC will be generated and notification will be available for the parent.
Promotion
It is via this option that the promotion of a set of students studying in a class is being promoted to a higher class. This activity is being done at the end of or at the starting of an academic year. Before doing the promotion you are required to assign the class sort order ie the class hierarchy so that the system knows to which higher class the students are to be promoted. Also the final class of an institution is also to be configured so that the students transferred from the class will be transferred to the alumni category.
