Student /Parent Login
The Student/Parent login in the school management web & mobile app allows access to the important information that is relevant as a student or as a parent. The details are arranged in such a way that it provides the student or the parent with easy and efficient navigation. The major details include the profile of the student, the diary in which major events or notes to the students are given, circulars by which the circulars by the admin or teachers are provided. It also includes modules related to the virtual classes like online class, digital library, online exam, assignment submission its results and study materials. The login also have features for viewing the attendance, time table, transportation routes, syllabus and also have facility to provide feedback on classes, teachers or any other entity in the school. The online payment facility to pay the fees is also available in the mobile app which helps parents to pay the fees online using any payment modes like debit cards, credit cards, UPI, Net banking etc. The option to chat with the teachers is also available in this platform.
Teacher Login
The teacher login helps in obtaining the details of the students the teacher is associated with and also routine activities related to the student management is possible via the login. The teacher login allows the communication with the students/parents via chat, circulars and important events are communicated via the diary option. The evaluation of the students could be done using the online exam and assignments options available in the login. The options like conduction of online classes, uploading videos into digital library etc also could be managed. The entries of the marks, attendance taking etc are other important features of this application. All the details of the students in mapped classes could be accessed by the teacher and the performance of the students could be evaluated using the same. The application could also be used for making leave request to the higher authorities.
Admin Login
The Admin login in the mobile app & web login provides the complete details of the students in all the classes and also allows communicating with the students and the teachers. The fee dashboard in the mobile app gives a graphical representation of the complete fee details of the institution. The other details in the login includes the announcements, transportation route details, upload center to upload any study material or assignments and a feedback section in which all feedbacks raised by students/parents are obtained.
